Procurement Business Systems Support

Support includes tasks associated with the day-to-day maintenance of KSC specific utilization of the software and providing help desk assistance to all users on site. Travel may be required.

SPECIFIC DUTIES: Recommend solutions to resolve end users' procurement related issues and problems relative to the Agency's Core Financial System; Prepare and conduct new user training and continuing education for new and existing end-users and expert users in the Procurement Office; Trouble shoot error messages from CMM on specific documents and situations working with the end user and competency center; Work with assigned offices and finance personnel to resolve discrepancies between the applicable systems (CMM & SAP); Review and analyze IEMP CMM configuration and integration to SAP and provide guidance to the KSC CMM Team regarding any impacts to existing SAP business processes; Support training events sponsored by the Agency IEMP.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES - Bachelor's Degree in a business, computer, accounting-related curriculum from an accredited university/college; Expert knowledge of the CMM, SAP Materials Management and Finance Modules, the Agency's SAP configuration and the KSC-specific SAF configuration; Minimum of three years experience working with the SAP Public Sector Software.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Must complete a background check and investigation to meet the requirements of HSPD-12 and Kennedy Space Center Security. Compensation: $52 - $68K per year
